- 1 cup water filtered
- 2 tsp fresh sage leaves
- honey (optional)
- lemon slices (optional)
- Add 1 cup of filtered water to a pan. Bring the water to a high simmer, then remove it from heat.
- Add the sage leaves to the water, and let steep for 5 - 7 minutes.
Strain the mixture to remove the sage leaves before pouring into a tea cup. Add honey or lemon, as desired, and enjoy!
